The main source of my information is the major research undertaken by Geoffrey Whatmore - ’Wat’s Brother - in - Law’ which is now available on CDROM. Geoffrey has also condensed some of the material from the CD relating to the families in Shropshire, the West Midlands and the south of England into a book ‘Whatmore Panorama’.
