My ancestors on both sides of my family originate in Yorkshire mainly around Wakefield, Huddersfield area. My Calvert Line were the owners of a Rope works in Wrenthorpe Called Calvert Rope Works and later on Calvert Brothers. The business was in existence from 1787 to 1962. I hope to put more information about my family history on here in time.
