September 14th, 2007 by matthewsavillWilliam Savill (b.Moggerhanger, c.Church of St Edmund & St James,Blunham:28 Jun 1765), son of John Savill and Ann (Tatman?), married Mary Larkins (c. All Saints, Eyeworth:8 Jan 1771) at Eyeworth on 18 Oct 1789.
In the 1841 Census William and Mary Savel, an agricultural labourer and his wife, aged 70 and 65 (approximately) were living in Eyeworth.In the 1851 Census of Eyeworth, William and Mary Savel, aged 86 and 82, were living in the same cottage.William is still listed as an agricultural labourer.
William Saville was buried 5 Mar 1854 in Eyeworth Churchyard.Mary was living in Potton at the time of her death seven months later,perhaps staying with her youngest son Isaac and his family and was buried in Eyeworth Churchyard 19 Oct 1854.
The following children of William and Mary were christened at Eyeworth:

2. William Saville (c. 24 Apr 1791, d. abt Apr 1853 in Dunton)
3. Ann Savill (c. 26 May 1793, d. abt Jun 1874 in Caxton)
4. John Saville (c. 29 Nov 1795, d. abt Jan 1840 in Sutton)
5. Sarah Saville (c.20 Aug 1797, d. abt Nov 1816 in Eyeworth)
6. Isaac Sarvil (b. 1 Mar 1803, c. 26 Nov 1816, d. abt Mar 1869 in Potton)
