Discover how to trace the history of your home or one where your ancestors once lived, with Gill Blanchard, author of Tracing Your House History.
In her talk, she will cover:
- the main resources to trace the history of a home
- the essential documents to build a picture of what homes looked like in the past inside and out
- insightful ways find out who lived in a building at different points in time
- tactics to investigate how and why your home was built.
This talk is for you if you would like to research the history of your own home, or if you wish to research the homes where your ancestors once lived .
