Family history is all about people - their connections and their stories - and what it is that helps to make every single one of us the person that we are.
Family history is all about people - their connections and their stories - and what it is that helps to make every single one of us the person that we are.
You may be fortunate and come from a home full of fond memories, and family albums full of cheery snaps. Or your family story may be one you’ve never been told, never had the chance to discover – and now, that absence of a story is ringing deafeningly in your ears. Or, like many others of us, you may come from a long line of people who’ve seen both good times, and bad, tragedy and triumph – with bits of the family story you know, and certainly some mysteries just waiting to be solved too!
So, let’s get one thing absolutely straight. Everybody has a family tree, everyone has a family story. And if you’d like to learn more about yours then we can help you do that.
Here are three ways you can begin right away:
- Check out the ‘Getting started’ section of our website – packed with FREE advice for you to read right away.
- Discover the DNA resources on our website – and see how a DNA test can help you learn about your roots.
- And sign up for our free enewsletter – it’s packed with handy hints about how to discover your family’s history.
And - oh yes – we mentioned that we’re having a baby didn’t we! It’s not an actual baby, but it’s a family history show that the team from Family Tree are busily working on. It’s called Family Tree Live and is taking place 40 weeks from today (26-27 April 2019) at Alexandra Palace. Go to Family Tree Live to save your place! We’d love to see you there.
