DRIVING?	FREE parking is available at the venue
BUS SERVICE	A FREE shuttle bus service will be running continuously every 10/15 minutes on Saturday and Sunday from Wood Green to Alexandra Palace Station to Palm Court entrance and back. First bus will be 8.30 daily. Last bus from the venue will be 5.15pm. The normal TFL bus service will also be operating.
FOOD AND DINING	With the best views of the city skyline and London’s biggest beer garden – you’ll find delicious, freshly made food and a great selection of drinks at the Bar and Kitchen at Alexandra Palace. There are also a variety of food services situated around the perimeter of the Great Hall. All catering is provided by the venue.
CASH POINT	A cash machine is available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer). The service is provided by the Bank Machine and may charge for withdrawals. Please note - the machine does not accept American Express and some international cards.
CLOAKROOM	A cloakroom is provided by the venue and available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer). This service is provided by the venue and a charge will be applied.

DISABLED ACCESS	There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition all on the ground floor. There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove Car park (250 yards' walk up a slight hill) and the East Car Park at the Ice Rink end of the building. A drop off point is available outside the Palm Court Entrance via the west slip road where staff will assist with directions.
DISABLED TICKET POLICY	If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, free admission may be available for them when an adult ticket is purchased. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to the Organisers. Confirmation of free carer admission will be emailed to you. The email must be printed and presented on arrival at the Day Visitor entrance for verification. Additional Adult ticket/s can be purchased either on arrival or in advance.
DOGS	No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs.
FIRST AID	If you require first aid, please contact the medical centre situated adjacent to the marble vesitbule between the Great and West Halls or contact one of the Organisers who will contact them for you.
NO SMOKING	Alexandra Palace operates a No Smoking policy including e-cigarettes.
